Notification of total voting rights in accordance with paragraph 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
Following the repurchase and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares set out above, the Company's issued share capital shall comprise 524,683,335 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury.
Hence the figure of 524,683,335 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in LDG under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Programme.
