Eastinco Mining & Exploration Plc was established in 2012 to pursue the exploration, development, and trading of African industrial mineral assets. EME plc is an investment company listed on the London NEX exchange, presently pursuing an investment in Eastinco Limited, a Rwandan based mining, trading, and exploration company. Eastinco has concluded an exclusive joint- venture contractual relationship providing for the mining, trading and subsequent off-take of coltan ore with a Rwandan mining co-operative.
