GST is an innovative global technology and investment company. Its main business is its profitable, 28-year old, Singapore-based subsidiary - EMS Wiring - that provides integrated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions worldwide.GST shares started trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market on 22 Nov 2018. GST specialises in building and installing critical ICT infrastructure in high-growth sectors like Intelligent Buildings, Data Centres, Smart Cities and the Internet of Things (IoT). Our strategy is to act on the surging opportunities in the ICT space, targeting new markets, where the demand for ICT infrastructure is rapidly increasing.

“GST’s vision is to become a globally recognized integrated ICT Solution Provider.” says Executive Chairman Tone Goh.

“With our internationally successful, experienced, and well-connected leadership team, and highly competent EMS engineering and operations team, and by sourcing optimal technologies and new products through GST leadership’s long-standing and extensive global networks, we will continue to deliver competitive value propositions to our growing and ever more international customer base, together with first-class business execution, and thus generate value to GST shareholders through to the long term.“

“GST is continuing to focus on delivering revenue growth while targeting improved margins and strong returns on invested capital. Sustained value creation is the vehicle that GST is driving to an ever-stronger regional market position, and beyond...”

“Technological Development leads to Constant Rapid Change. GST is a Leader in Harnessing Technology Innovation to Help You Thrive on Change” Pierre Fourie - MD

Developing and expanding GST’s existing Smart Building Solutions’ ICT business will also involve:

  • Providing new technology solutions to our customers.
  • Developing Artificial Intelligence capacities to enhance and complement our Building Intelligence core business.

GST’s new enterprise value generation strategy includes the following initiatives:

  • New technology products - sales and distribution rights.

  • Expand into new markets – with a focus on India. “We are very excited to start operations after our listing as we are entering the Indian market on a great opportunity to provide internet infrastructure for one million homes, and we will have good profit from there,” Goh comments on company prospects. “We are enabling and facilitating the supply of converged data streaming and online gaming and communications right into the living rooms of under- served communities”, says MD Pierre Fourie.

Taking advantage of GST’s listed status to address ever larger projects. For example:

  • Invest as a project sponsor in project-financed build, own, and operate (BOO) data centres.
  • Acquire new companies when the value generation proposition supports the negotiated deal using capital raised in London.
