The Curve Group is the UK’s largest privately-owned recruitment outsource provider.
Prior to joining the company in 2007, Lyndsey spent eight years at Barclays, working her way up to business development director for Western Europe, before changing tact and joining The Curve Group despite no prior direct experience in recruitment.
In the interview with Will Theile, Lyndsey talks about her life & career, offers her advice on how to secure your dream job, and reveals what she would do at 25 with £10k in her pocket.
