Bezant (BZT), the copper-gold exploration and development company, updated on the Hope and Gorob drill programme targeting previously untested near-surface copper - gold mineralisation. The company said the exploration programme for Hope and Gorob has been directed towards testing for the presence of near surface sulphides and oxides. To date there has been very little oxide but it is  pleased that all holes drilled include sulphide zones of reasonable thickness.

Chill Brands Group (CHLL), the international consumer packaged goods company, updated on the nature of the related party transaction referenced in its Half-Year Report released on 28 January 2022. The counterparty to the Agreement is Ox Distributing LLC, Chill Brands' master distributor, and a substantial shareholder. The Agreement relates to the cost of inventory provided by the Company to Ox during the period 1 April to 30 September 2021.

ANGLE (AGL), a liquid biopsy company, updated on the accreditation of its clinical laboratory in the United States to allow Parsortix® tests to be offered for patient management. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has issued a Certificate of Registration, under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, to the Company's United States clinical laboratory. This is a key step towards achieving CLIA accreditation of the laboratory.

There was some keen director buying at Nightcap (NGHT), the owner of a string of bars. Jim Robertson, Managing Director of Barrio Familia Group purchased 111,484 shares at 15p.

Berkeley Energia (BKY) unveiled its half year report, mostly consisting of legal and permitting issues. The company said its objectives will now include various appeals and claims in defending the negative MITECO decision regarding NSC II and also the OIA / SGRF Claim.

United Oil & Gas (UOG), the oil and gas company, updated on the drilling of the ASD-2 development well in the Abu Sennan licence, onshore Egypt. United holds a 22% working interest in the licence, which is operated by Kuwait Energy Egypt. The ASD-2 development well encountered a total of at least 25.5m of net pay across multiple oil-bearing reservoirs. ASD-2 is the eighth consecutive successful well at Abu Sennan since United acquired its interest in the licence.

Tlou Energy (TLOU) said that the contract for the construction of the transmission line to connect the Lesedi Power Project to the Botswana's electricity grid has been signed. The first stage of development will be the erection of wooden poles fitted with an overhead 66kV transmission line, capable of supplying up to 25MW of power into the grid.

Active Energy (AEG), the AIM-quoted renewable energy business announced that it has achieved Chain of Custody and Controlled Wood certification compliant with the Forest Stewardship Council® standards for its CoalSwitch™ fuel.

Enwell Energy (ENW), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group, said that it has partially restarted production operations in Ukraine at a production rate of approximately 1,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day, with production expected to be maintained at around this level for the immediate future. However, production operations are likely to be intermittent depending on circumstances in the country.

ValiRx (VAL), a life science company updated on operational activities and strategy. The company said its fragmented approach to early-stage drug development is non-optimal and is assessing options to acquire capabilities and infrastructure to create a more efficient and effective translational drug development service.

Mobile Streams (MOS), the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, revealed a £1.2m placing to continue the growth of the group, and to create a new joint venture partnership with AIM traded Gfinity (GFIN) for Mobilegaming.com.  The JV will aim to better monetise Mobilegaming.com using the combined resources of the company and Gfinity.

URU (URU) said that ZEB Nickel Corp. has announced the completion of the most recent phase of exploration drilling on the Zebediela Nickel Project. URU successfully completed the disposal of the Project to ZEB Nickel Corp. in August 2021 and the Project remains the primary focus of URU, through its 74.82% interest in Zeb Nickel Corp. and URU's continuing role as the technical operator of the Project.

President Energy (PPC), the international energy company updates regarding Production Sales. The first material sales of oil from Louisiana for many months are taking place with 5000-5500 barrels of oil expected shipped this week with proceeds received as usual 20 days from the end of the month. President has received approval from the regulatory authorities in Argentina to export approximately 19,000 barrels of oil being part of its Argentine production this month at or around international prices.

Tissue Regenix Group (TRX), the regenerative medical devices company, announces its final results for the year ended 31 December 2021. The company said its positive financial performance during such uncertain circumstances have set its trajectory to be even greater in 2022 as it emerges from under the pandemic's cloud that have limited its growth.

There was a bit of marketing in the RNS from Live Company Group  (LVCG), who said that tickets for BRICKLIVE in the Park the Company's first live show post the pandemic - go on-sale today 15th  March 2022. The show will take place in Battersea Park in August 2022 and will consist of several interactive education stations filled with brick based challenges and entertainment. Roll up, Roll up!

There was high finance from Altus Strategies (ALS) who said that it has executed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Firering Strategic Minerals (FRG) for the sale of the Company's wholly-owned Toura nickel-cobalt licence application located in western Côte d'Ivoire. In consideration for the Project, Firering will grant the Company a Gross Revenue Royalty of up to 1.0% on nickel and cobalt sales from the Project and pay the company €15,000.

Microsaic (MSYS) announced the appointment of Robert Moore as an independent Non-executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect. Gerry Brandon, of DeepVerge (DVRG) fame will temporarily serve as Executive Chairman of the Company until April 1.

GreenX (GRX) issued its half year report. The company said its £806m claim against the Polish government is proceeding at pace. GreenX has A$6.5 million cash available plus A$10.1 million available to drawdown from the Litigation Funding Agreement for its dispute with Poland.

Sovereign Metals (SVML) said its latest “spectacular” drill results increase the drill-defined rutile mineralised envelope by 28% to 165km2. Kasiya and Nsaru deposits have now coalesced into the Kasiya-Nsaru rutile deposit - a single, very large, coherent, high-grade body of near surface rutile and graphite mineralisation. New drilling has encountered the highest-grade rutile results to date at Nsaru and at a new extension east of Kasiya.
