East Imperial (EISB), the global purveyor of ultra-premium beverages, is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term distribution agreement with Wen Hua Hang Wine Spirits Company (WHI), one of the largest distributors in China. WHI will supply East Imperial's entire range across the Chinese Mainland and Macau. East Imperial is already an established brand in China with its premium range of mixers.  Having worked locally with groups such as Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari, W Hotel, Rosewood and Capella Hotels, the WHI distribution partnership will enable East Imperial to continue to build its presence at the luxury hotel end of the market while also focusing its strategy on supplying local premium customers.

Omega (ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company, said its auditors have requested further time to complete their work ahead of the release of the company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2022. The delay is due to a combination of the Company finalising the accounting adjustments in respect to the recent CD4 sale and the subsequent impact on completion of required audit procedures. Consequently, there will be delay to the release of the results, which will now be issued on Thursday 1 September 2022.

Jadestone Energy (JSE) an independent oil and gas production company, updated on its Montara operations as well as a general corporate overview ahead of its H1 2022 results, which will be released on 20 September 2022. The company said a temporary shut-in of Montara production, in order to replace production crews with maintenance and inspection teams, is the most practical solution which will allow it to apply the necessary additional manpower to accelerate key maintenance and repair activities and restore facility integrity.  This represents production deferred, rather than barrels lost, and it is working hard to restore Montara production as soon as possible.

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas (ECO), the oil and gas exploration company, confirmed that the Island Innovator rig, owned by Island Drilling Company AS, was released and mobilised today. The company said it was excited to get underway with its drilling campaign at Block 2B in the Orange Basin offshore South Africa. A successful outcome at the Gazania-1 well has the potential to be transformational for Eco and its JV partners.

President Energy (PPC), the international energy company, announced key highlights from the independently reviewed results from the first six months of the year to 30 June 2022 in Argentina in accordance with Argentine reporting rules. The company said these results in Argentina achieved with the majority of oil sold at domestic prices demonstrate the health and robust nature of President's operations. With the impact of the increased production in Salta it is now engaged to optimized results in the second period of this year as well as the other activities of President and its evolving nature of the Group as previously announced including its 28% interest in Atome.

Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), an international oil and gas company with production and development operations focused in Converse and Natrona Counties, Wyoming, USA, has issued 1,999,000 common shares pursuant to a conversion of $400,000 principal of 2024 Bonds.

ADM Energy (ADME), a natural resources investing company, announced the completion of the 17th Lifting at the Aje Field, part of OML 113 offshore Nigeria. The Lifting totalled 94,187 barrels with a net share of 8,683 barrels to ADM, which equates to ADM's profit interest of approximately 9.2%.

Ascent Resources (AST), the onshore Hispanic America and European focussed energy and natural resources company, announce receipt of the first cash payment from its Slovenian partner following the recently announced agreement on revenue recognition.
