It would appear that revenue is starting to flow significantly at Mobile Streams (MOS) as it said that it exceeds $150,000 per month across all channels. This is an increase of 87.5% in monthly revenue since the company's update on 1 December 2021. The company said its partnerships continue to go from strength to strength, increasing both its targetable audience across the world and the amount of content it has to show them.

Woodbois (WBI), the African focused forestry, timber trading, reforestation and carbon credit company, announced the grant of options under its Long Term Incentive Plan over ordinary shares in the Company. WBI said it intended to “harmonise” the financial objectives and rewards of key personnel with those of shareholders.

SEED Innovations (SEED), the AIM quoted company investing company, noted an announcement released on the ASX by its portfolio company, Little Green Pharma Ltd including its half-year financial report for the period ended 31 December 2021. SEED said it is encouraging to see the progress that LGP has made in its latest reported interim report for the half year ended 31 December 2021, continuing to achieve strong financial growth with revenue reaching A$7.3 million, almost doubling compared to the previous corresponding period. 

Haydale, (HAYD), the global advanced materials group, said that it has been awarded funding of £168,573 to develop high barrier monolayer films for food packaging by Innovate UK, the UK's innovation agency. 

MGC Pharma (MXC), the cannabis and plant sourced pharma group, unveiled its interim financial report. The RNS which was near to the length of War and Peace, included MXC’s strong sales of $2.56 million for the half-year, £5.5 ($10.4) million capital raise completed in December 2021, and a $24 ($33) million supply and distribution agreement signed with US-based company, AMC Holdings. A certificate of Free Trade in Europe has been approved for ArtemiC. The company has also submitted a Cannabinoid Drug Delivery System Patent to the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office, and completed a Malta Production Facility on schedule and within budget.

Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE) is the company commercialising hydrogen production from non-recyclable plastic waste, announced that James Greenstreet will step down today from his role as Non-Executive Chairman. He will continue as a Non-Executive Director until 30 June 2022.

Quantum Exponential Group (QBIT), a quantum technology investor, and presumably enjoying the Niagara Falls type liquidity on the Aquis market, said that it has invested c.£300,000 as part of a c.£470,000 seed funding round in Siloton Limited, a technology company that uses quantum techniques and photonic integrated circuits for use in sub-surface optical scanning devices with applications across healthcare, and non-destructive testing.

Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy system for cancer treatment, provides an operational update on the delivery of its first operational LIGHT system capable of accelerating protons at 230 MeV. The company said it has now submitted two of the four modules required for its Q-Submission 510(k) process with the FDA.

7digital (7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, announced that it has signed a contract with an existing B2B music streaming service customer, worth a minimum of €2.2m over a three-year period.

President Energy (PPC), the international energy company provided an operational and management update. The company said “it has many things to look forward to in 2022” from a “very robust” trading, shareholder and strategic relationship base. The production news today was described as “welcome additions to Group cash flow”.

Mila Resources (MILA), the post-discovery gold exploration accelerator, announced a drilling update from the Kathleen Valley Gold Project in Western Australia.  It said the objective of the drill programme is to build on the existing JORC Inferred Resource and unlock the full potential of the project. The second drill hole at Kathleen Valley KVRD025 has intersected ~9.3m wide mineralised sulphide zone from 195.68m which contains 2m of Bellevue Style quartz-sulphide lodes from 201.5m to 203.5m.

Beowulf (BEM), the mineral exploration and development company, announced that it has invested a further £200,000 in Vardar Minerals Ltd.  The investment increases the Company's ownership in Vardar from 49.4 per cent to approximately 51.4 per cent, a majority shareholding.

Omega (ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company, which has recently offered shareholders a somewhat rocky ride, announced the results of its Open Offer. On 11 February 2022, Omega announced its intention to raise gross proceeds of up to £7 million at 5p. One presumes investors are looking forward with bated breath as to what the company will do with this cash.
