Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), an international oil and gas exploration, production and development company, announced financial results for the fourth quarter 2021 and for the year ending December 31, 2021. The company said it has delivered on its 2021 objectives and with the recent discovery COPL is very well placed to fully capitalize on the opportunity it has.

Oracle Power (ORCP), the international natural resources project developer, has raised £800,000 at 0.325p. The proceeds are expected to be primarily applied to support the advancement of the Company's green hydrogen project through the joint venture with His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum.

The positive newsflow continues to be delivered at ANGLE (AGL), a liquid biopsy company. It said that the Molecular Oncology Laboratory at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, Switzerland, has published results of work undertaken in preclinical models of metastatic breast cancer, where they have identified specific genes involved in various steps of the metastatic process. This included actionable targets found to be required for the formation of circulating tumour cells and their seeding at secondary metastatic tumour site. In a preclinical model, targeted therapy was found to reduce metastasis and has the potential to improve patient outcomes.

4D pharma (DDDD), a pharmaceutical company, reported financial results for the full year ending December 31, 2021 and highlighted its key corporate objectives for 2022. The company noted promising signals in the clinic from its lead candidates in immuno-oncology and inflammatory disease, and entered into its second clinical collaboration in oncology, further validating the potential for single strain Live Biotherapeutics to treat systemic disease and the MicroRx platform.

Rambler Metals and Mining (RMM), a copper and gold producer, explorer and developer, said that most of the closing conditions related to the gold purchase and sale agreement with Elemental Royalties Corp. have been satisfied including Elemental raising proceeds of at least $7 million in a financing. The Agreement is expected to be closed on or shortly after 1 April 2022.

Berkeley Energia (BKY) said that the claims brought against the Company by Singapore Mining Acquisition Co Pte Ltd in relation to the investment agreement and convertible note have now been settled with the parties agreeing to discontinue legal proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Trident Royalties (TRR), the diversified mining royalty and streaming company, noted the Equinox Gold Corp. announcement on 30 March 2022 that it has successfully poured first gold at the Santa Luz Mine in Brazil. Santa Luz is a brownfield gold asset with an expected mine life of 9.5 years.

EQTEC (EQT), a technology innovation company, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Deeside WTV Limited has signed a binding supplemental agreement with Logik Developments Limited. EQTEC has also appointed Black and Veatch to conduct a peer review of the Deeside RDF Project.

Pan African (PAF), the South African gold producer, announced a share buyback programme to purchase up to approximately £2.6 million of shares over one month, commencing on 1 April 2022.

Sovereign Metals (SVML) has requested an immediate voluntary trading halt in its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), pending an announcement regarding an updated Mineral Resource Estimate at Kasiya.

TomCo Energy (TOM), the US operating oil development group, announced its audited results for the year ended 30 September 2021. The company said the primary focus during the year was on Greenfield Energy and its plans to pursue the construction of an initial 5,000 barrels of oil per day production facility at the earliest opportunity, as well as exploiting other opportunities available to it.

Getech (GTC), the net zero technology provider, has expanded its Maptium platform offering with further content and analysis for the energy transition. Maptium provides a secure web-based gateway to Getech's world-class data and analytics content.

AQRU (AQRU), an incubator specialising in decentralised finance, announced its audited results for the 12 months ended 31 October 2021. The company said a cash-rich balance sheet and experienced management team puts it in a strong position to take advantage of the recent correction in the blockchain and digital assets sectors by investing at attractive valuations.

Tekcapital (TEK), the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating valuable products from investing in university technology that can improve people's lives, is please to provide an update on MicroSalt, Inc., the U.S. operating subsidiary of Salarius, Ltd. The Company successfully completed roll-out of SaltMe! crisps to Kroger Company. The roll-out has been expanded from 1,800 stores to 2,200 stores.

Woodbois (WBI), the African focused sustainable forestry group, announces its audited results for the full year ended 31 December 2021. Turnover increased by 14% to $17.5m (2020:  $15.3m) despite continued disruption to shipping. Gross profit increased by 186% to $3.5m vs $1.2m in FY 2020. The company said these results clearly demonstrate the progress achieved by the Group during 2021. Turning EBITDA positive was another milestone on the “growth pathway.”
