It would appear that momentum is building at DeepVerge (DVRG). It announced that its environmental division, Modern Water, has been chosen to supply 27 fully integrated Microtox® solutions at network points to monitor water toxicity and pollution in the Qatar region ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. This £1.4 million order is the first regional networked Microtox® solution, the largest single order in Modern Water's 38 year history. The order is additional to the £3m of orders in Q2, 2022, for China and South Asia, and is expected to be shipped later this year.

Audioboom (BOOM), the global podcast company, which has recently had a slight hiccup in the share price, and still not been taken over, announced its unaudited half-year results for the six months ended 30 June 2022. This included record H1 revenue of $40.9 million, up 79% on H1 2021 ($22.8 million) and record Q2 revenue of $21.2 million, up 59% on Q2 2021 ($13.3million). Adjusted EBITDA profit of $2.0 million (H1 2021: $0.2 million). The company said that these numbers are “impressive.” It added that Showcase goes from strength to strength, now delivering more than 12% of group revenue, while Audioboom Studios in the UK is consistently creating hit shows for British listeners.

CentralNic Group (CNIC), the internet platform company, announced that the positive trading momentum previously announced has continued and the company's organic growth has further accelerated during the second quarter of 2022. The company said it expects to report revenue of c.$335 million and Adjusted EBITDA1 of c.$38 million for the six months ending 30 June 2022, up by 92% and 85% respectively. Year-on-year pro forma organic growth for the trailing twelve months ending 30 June 2022 is c.62%. This outperformance has largely resulted from the growth of its Online Marketing Segment, driven by increased demand for its privacy-safe online customer acquisition services.

It will be interesting to know what Tirupati Graphite (TGR) will say later this week given the recent share price performance.. It announced that management will participate in a live Q&A session via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday 21 July 2022 at 5:00pm BST. The company said the session will provide an opportunity to give a brief summary of recent developments and then answer questions; it is open to all existing and potential shareholders.

EQTEC (EQT), a technology innovation company, announced that it has secured a resolution to grant revised planning consent for a Phase 1 waste recycling and anaerobic digestion facility at its Southport Hybrid Energy Park project with partner, Rotunda Group Ltd and its subsidiary, Shankley Biogas Ltd. EQT said as the co-developer of the project, it has a strong interest in seeing construction get underway and this advances it significantly toward that work.

Power Metal Resources (POW) the London listed exploration company, updated in respect of the Company's 100% owned Tati Project located within the prolific Tati Greenstone Belt near Francistown, Botswana. The company said it is particularly exciting to get on the ground at its newly granted prospecting licence PL049/2022 and the initial findings are extremely positive.  Not only have we identified extensive gold workings, but also two large sized fines dumps.

Firering Strategic Minerals (FRG), an exploration company focusing on critical minerals, announced an operational update on its flagship Atex Lithium-Tantalum Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The company said Our systematic and targeted approach to exploration and fieldwork at Atex continues to increase its understanding of its lithium-tantalum project in Côte d'Ivoire. The initial geochemical footprint based on the auger assay results was reconfirmed by the infill auger assay results and two new areas of interest have been identified. 

GSTechnologies (GST), the fintech and information technology solutions company, said it has entered into a binding agreement to sell its subsidiary, EMS Wiring Systems Pte. Ltd, to Teo Chiah Chiu Raphael, the Chairman of EMS. GST said that the disposal of EMS is in line with its strategy to concentrate on blockchain enabled neobanking activities.  In particular, it removes a lossmaking subsidiary from the Group, that is not part of its future plans.

ATOME Energy (ATOM), the green hydrogen and ammonia production company, announced an update on its Mobility Division in Paraguay. The company said it continues to demonstrate its intent to be the accelerator in the field of green hydrogen and ammonia with work on the ground already commencing to provide Paraguay with its first-ever commercial green hydrogen mobility solution less than a year from now.

Kore Potash (KP2), the potash development company, provided a quarterly update for the period ended 30 June 2022. The company said that recent global events have heightened concerns for food security and continuity of supply of fertiliser to feed the world's growing population. The dramatic increase in the potash price reinforces the need for the development of new low-cost potash production from high quality potash deposits located close to customers, such as its projects in the Sintoukola basin. The progress towards financing the Kola Project means it is looking forward to receiving the financing proposal later this year.

Bradda Head Lithium (BHL, the North America-focused lithium development group, said that a drill rig has been mobilised to site to commence immediate drilling at the company's San Domingo lithium pegmatite project in Arizona. The company said that its San Domingo pegmatite district is extensive, covering c.13km2. A successful pegmatite exploration programme at San Domingo should quickly catch the attention of North American end-users and battery manufacturers.
