Galileo (GLR) added another significant string to its bow in terms of Lithium and an option granted under an agreement between BC Ventures and Cordoba Investments Limited to acquire a 51% interest in B.C. Ventures Limited. BC Ventures is the owner of a highly prospective lithium project in Southwest Zimbabwe and two gold licenses close to Bulawayo through its wholly owned Zimbabwe subsidiary Sinamatella Investments (Private) Limited.

Audioboom (BOOM), the global podcast company, announced the continued expansion of Showcase, its automated advertising marketplace, through a strategic partnership with NZME in New Zealand. It also said that Michael Tobin OBE, the Chairman of the Company, exercised warrants over a further 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company. This no doubt will allow some to guess that one and one equals three in terms of the M&A speculation surrounding BOOM.

Mosman Oil and Gas (MSMN) exploration, development, and production company, announces initial production from the Winters-2 well in East Texas. The initial flow rate is circa 545 thousand cubic feet per day (mcfpd), which is circa 105 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd). This well and equipment will be monitored, and the initial rate may be adjusted in due course. Mosman has c23% working interest in Winters-2.

Cizzle Biotechnology (CIZ), the UK-based diagnostics developer, said that St George Street Capital has provided an update on the further analysis of data from the ARCADIA clinical study, which confirms the potential value of AZD1656 treatment for COVID-19 patients. According to SGSC, in addition to the clinical benefit observed, the immunological data strongly support its rationale that AZD1656 is an immunomodulator which damps down the inflammatory response characteristic of COVID-19 infection, while enhancing the part of the immune response that helps fight the virus.

OKYO Pharma (OKYO), a biotechnology company, announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the SEC to a proposed initial public offering of its American Depositary Shares, each of which will represent one or a number of the company's ordinary shares of no par value each in the United States.

Zephyr Energy (ZPHR), the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company updated on its flagship project in the Paradox Basin, Utah, U.S. Sproule International, is a independent global energy consulting and advisory firm, is continuing its work on the Paradox project Competent Persons Report as commissioned by the company.

Coro Energy (CORO, the South East Asian energy company, updated on the re-launch of the Company's Italian portfolio following the termination of the previously agreed sale process. The company said that recent market changes have provided a clear opportunity for the re-spawning of its Italian portfolio with a view to providing solid near-term cash flows to support its South East Asian growth strategy.

Jubilee (JLP), the AIM and Altx traded metals processing company, said that it has received notice from ACAM LP  to convert its remaining convertible loan notes , totalling $7.8 million (£5.89 million) of principal debt and accrued interest, into new shares in the company. The ACAM convertible loan note formed a key part in the funding of the acquisition and successful recapitalisation of Jubilee's Sable Refinery which launched Jubilee's Zambian copper strategy.

Xtract Resources (XTR) said that independent laboratory assays have been received for drill holes BRDD-021-021 and BRDD-21-024 from the Phase 2 diamond drilling programme at the Bushranger copper-gold exploration project. The company said Hole BRDD-21-021 was undoubtedly one of the most impressive drill holes it has drilled with good intervals of higher-than-average copper equivalent grade, and a good interval of higher gold than average. Hole BRDD-21-024 tends to confirm its prognosis that the orientation of mineralisation in the extreme south is trending more towards the south, which is being confirmed by the early indications of the current geophysics programme.

East Star Resources (EST), a Kazakhstan-focused gold and copper explorer, announced the completion of processing of 481km2 of close spaced drone magnetics flown in September 2021 over the Dalny Licence in the southern part of the Chu-Ili orogenic gold belt.
