The Supper Club: Navigating Entrepreneurial Spirits & The Power Of Community

Vox Media Player

In 2003, Duncan Cheatle launched an exclusive entrepreneur networking group, The Supper Club. Duncan spent a lot of time networking, but he often came across the same model which seemed outdated, and it became hard to distinguish a unique sense of community. Forming his company, he strived to create a new model for peer-to-peer learning and shared experiences between founders and CEOs.

Nowadays, at the frontline of The Supper Club is its Managing Director, Emma-Jane Packe. Her purpose is to inspire an entrepreneurial mindset in all leaders, and she encourages the individual to realise growth ambitions by providing support throughout all stages of their journey.

In this Industry Experts episode, we speak to Emma-Jane and Duncan about how to best nurture an entrepreneurial spirit, scale-up a company, and the key leadership skills necessary for success.

They consider the way in which businesses have evolved; culture branding, the rise of the millennial, and looking forward for SMEs within the context of an impending Brexit.
