The Company has a diverse portfolio of projects, which include tungsten, rare earth elements, lithium and tantalum in Zimbabwe, encompassing brownfield projects with near-term production potential to grassroots exploration. In addition, the Company holds 5,010,333 shares in Circum Minerals Limited (“Circum”), the owners of the Danakil Potash Project in Ethiopia, which has the potential to be a world class asset. Premier also has a 1.9% of Arc Minerals Arc that has a 71.25% interest in the 1.5-million-ounce inferred resource Akyanga gold deposit in the DRC.

Andrew Knott, CEO of Savannah Petroleum #SAVP explains the one year extension to their R1/R2 production sharing contract with the Government of Niger.
Savannah Petroleum’s flagship assets are the R1/R2 and R3/R4 PSCs, which cover c.50% of the highly prospective Agadem Rift Basin of South East Niger, acquired in 2014/15. Savannah Petroleum are also in process of acquiring interests in the cash flow generative Uquo and Stubb Creek oil and gas fields and a 20% interest in the Accugas midstream business in South East Nigeria (the “Seven Assets”).

Michael Masterman, Chairman on W Resources #WRES discusses their 2 drilling campaigns at their Tarouca tungsten and tin and São Martinho gold projects in Portugal.
In 2012, W Resources has made the successful transition into a tungsten production exploration and development company with projects in Spain and Portugal, following two acquisitions. Projects now include La Parrilla, a tungsten project in Spain and Régua and Tarouca Tungsten projects and the Portalegre copper-gold project in Portugal.
