BRICKLIVE UPDATE

Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is pleased to provide the following update.

Highlights:

The Company is pleased to announce the following highlights since mid-January 2020:

·        Achieved strong growth in the first 2 months of the year;

·        £3.2 million contracted revenue secured for 2020;

·        £1.1 million contracted revenue secured for 2021;

·        Additional £185k in 2020 and £228k in 2021 pre-contracted revenue (awaiting final signature);

·        2 new zoo contracts announced today;

·        29 BRICKLIVE events already planned for 2020; and

·        18 themed tours in circulation with a further 3 under construction.

David Ciclitira, Chairman of LVCG said: "We are encouraged with the progress and growth the Group has made so early in 2020, we have built a healthy pipeline of contracts for the coming months which are spread over a broad number of divisions, providing us with confidence in our portfolio approach.

We have secured two new zoo contracts and seen the number of touring shows increase and we continue to receive positive feedback from our existing clients.

Whilst, the Coronavirus has had a direct effect on operations in China and Asia, this has already been accounted for within our revenue targets.  The majority of our activities in this region will occur in the second half of 2020 and the Board does not currently believe the Coronavirus will impact the overall performance of the Group, though we will continue to closely monitor the situation.  As last weekend's successful events (Paw Patrol - Bracknell, Nick Jr. in Whiterose Shopping Centre, Leeds) illustrate, it is very much business as usual.

Our diversified business model allows us flexibility to focus on growth within our portfolio at the most appropriate times in the year and we remain on track to hit our financial targets for 2020."

BRICKLIVE Update

BRICKLIVE Zoo Programme

The Company reports its wholly owned subsidiary, Brick Live International Limited ("BLI"), has signed the following agreements with new customers:

·        Allwetter Zoo, Munster, Germany to hire BRICKLIVE Big Cats from March to July 2020; and

·        Bristol Zoo, UK to hire BRICKLIVE Ocean from July to September 2020.

Production and Events

The Group has also announced 29 BRICKLIVE events globally in 2020, against a target of 75 for the year.  A list of events is published on the Company's website.  The Board expects this number to increase further as more events are announced by our partners.

The Group is also pleased to report that the BRICKLIVE Nick Jr. touring show has now been built, resulting in 18 themed touring shows in circulation.  A further three themed tours are currently under construction.
