Completion of Acquisitions and re-Admission to AIM

The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the Proposals, including the Acquisitions, the Placing, and the change of name to Live Company Group plc, and readmission today of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. The change of name will be effective on AIM from 8.00am on 28 December 2017, at which time the Ordinary Shares will trade under ticker LVCG. 

Save as where defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Company's admission document published on 29 November 2017.
