Partnership with Imagine Exhibitions, North America

The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Brick Live International ("BLI") Limited has entered into an agreement with Imagine Exhibitions Inc. ("Imagine Exhibitions") a company incorporated in Georgia, USA ("the Agreement").

BLI has appointed Imagine Exhibitions for a five year term as its representative to:

-     assist BLI to identify suitable venues in North America (being the USA and Canada) to hire BRICKLIVE Touring Shows and/or

-     if requested by BLI, on a case by case basis, to manage BLI's relationship with, and to deliver the Touring Shows to, those venue(s). 

The BRICKLIVE Touring shows include Animal Paradise, Big Cats, Brickosaurs, Ocean, Metropolis, Outer Space and Fantasy Kingdom and other new touring shows produced during the term of the Agreement.

The Agreement excludes BRICKLIVE Exhibitions which will continue to be operated through the Group's US joint venture, Parallel Three Six Zero Inc.

Within the past five years, Imagine Exhibitions has successfully produced and operated exhibitions with a number of internationally-recognized brands such as Rovio (Angry Birds Universe: The Art & Science Behind a Global Phenomenon), Lionsgate (The Hunger Games: The Exhibition), Universal Brand Development, (Jurassic World: The Exhibition) and NBCU International (Downtown Abbey: The Exhibition).

This partnership brings together two global travelling exhibitors that encompass entertainment, education and interactive experiences within their shows.  This partnership represents a significant opportunity to expand the BRICKLIVE brand and to bring the BRICKLIVE experiences to venues across North America. The Company will provide further announcements regarding forthcoming exhibitions at the appropriate time.

BLI and Imagine Exhibitions will launch this important partnership at the 2019 American Zoological Association and Aquariums Annual Conference in New Orleans from the  7 to the 11 September 2019 and will work with venues and zoological organisations across North America to deliver BRICKLIVE touring shows.
