SIGNATURE OF HEADS OF TERMS FOR E-MOBILITY FESTIVAL WITH MESSE FRANKFURT

Live Company Group Plc is pleased to announce that it has, via E-Movement Holdings Limited a 100% subsidiary of Live Company Group, partnered with Messe Frankfurt  for the launch of the eMobility Festival 2021.  The parties have signed heads of terms to be followed by legally binding definitive agreements in due course.

The festival will take place in Cape Town as part of the exciting e-Festival (e-FEST) programme, celebrating all things electric, sustainable and green,  scheduled to take place in November 2021.

The e-Mobility Festival will focus on Electric Vehicles  of all kinds, the future of e-mobility and climate change. Additionally, E-Movement Holdings Ltd is in advanced negotiations with Formula E Holdings and the City of Cape Town to stage a Formula E race as part of our week long  e-FEST programme.

Messe Frankfurt are the world's largest trade fair and congress event organiser with offices in 30 global locations and 2500 employees. The company is owned by the City of Frankfurt (60%) and State of Hesse (40%).
