Appointment of Joint Broker
Union Jack Oil plc ("Union Jack" or the "Company"), a UK-focused, onshore oil and gas exploration and production company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd ("TPI") as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect. SP Angel remains the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker.
