Board Changes and Change of Adviser

Eastinco announces that, further to the announcement of 30 October 2020, Simon Rollason has been appointed as a director of the Company and Michael Staten has stepped down as director of the Company with immediate effect

Charles Bray, Chairman stated "We are pleased to have our CEO, Simon Rollason, join the board of directors. His invaluable experience in the mining sector and Africa along with his background as a geologist will add a valuable perspective to our board. We look forward to his advice and perspective.
