Agreement with Live Nation

LVCG is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 13 September 2018, on 14 November 2018 the Company received confirmation that the agreement between the Group's US joint venture, Parallel Three Six Zero Inc., and Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. for the exclusive promotion of BRICKLIVE events throughout North America and Canada, had been signed. These rights are initially for the show at The Star in Frisco, Texas, in January 2019, and if successful, would allow for a minimum of a further two shows annually to be staged.

David Ciclitira, Executive Chairman of Live Company Group plc, said: "Tickets have gone on sale and local promotions are now running throughout Dallas and in local schools. Statues from the BRICKLIVE Animal Paradise and recently commissioned Dallas Cowboys statues go on display this week to coincide with Thanksgiving holidays. The involvement of both the Live Nation team and the Dallas Cowboys team promises to help the January show be our best to date."
