Prospex Energy Plc, the AIM quoted investment company, announces that William Smith, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 August 2021 at a price of 2.76 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the abovementioned purchase, Mr Smith is interested in 2,698,733 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
