I know that he will be very successful with his new venture and wish him much success."

"The Company is now positioned to start realizing its investment in its strategies of the prior two years and is reacting to the building demand on the team's time.  Austin brings a wealth of experience to the fund raising for the BlackOak Alpha Growth Fund and we are very pleased to have been able to get him onboard."

We will continue to bring you updates on the other strategies as they develop here in due course. Please be assured your Directors are working to grow the Company and build shareholder value.
