KPOP.FLEX FRANKFURT 2023 DATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is delighted to announce the 2023 dates for the KPOP.FLEX Frankfurt Festival have been confirmed.

The festival will take place on the 17^th and 18^th of June 2023 at Frankfurt's Deutsche Bank Stadium and two day festival tickets are already on sale via ticketing partner Ticketmaster and via www.kpopflex.com.

The announcement of the artists and the launch of ticket sales will follow.

As in 2022 the event will feature a Fan Festival in the grounds of the stadium that will offer the fans the opportunity to immerse themselves in a variety of activities, experience Korean culture and try Korean food.

Revenue Generation

Revenue will be generated via an increased percentage of the profits of the ticket sales, sponsorship, merchandise and streaming. There is not expected to be any upfront expenditure and staff salaries associated with the event will be recuperated.

The event is being staged by Kpop Europa, in partnership with the promoter, PK Events, and Korean broadcaster, SBS. Kpop Europa (KPE) is a joint venture between Live Company Group and the Explorado Group.
