Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of 3,333,333,326 new ordinary shares during the month ended 30 November 2019, the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights as at the date of this announcement is 15,440,906,325 ordinary shares of 1p each Ordinary Shares.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, therefore, the above figure of 15,440,906,325 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
