LINE Hydrogen's intention to list is via special purpose acquisition company. On 1st June the Directors of the Net Zero Infrastructure informed shareholders that it signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the entire issued share capital of LINE Hydrogen (Australia) Pty Ltd, a limited liability company in the renewables energy sector incorporated in Australia in consideration for an issue of new shares in the Company.
