The Company is in the process of acquiring interests in the cash flow generative Uquo and Stubb Creek oil and gas fields and an interest in the Accugas midstream business in South East Nigeria from Seven Energy.

Oilex’s strategy is to use its extensive technical and commercial expertise to explore, appraise and develop petroleum resources around the Indian Ocean Rim, Australia and in the East Irish Sea, offshore the United Kingdom.
