ECR Minerals announces new gold discovery at Blue Moon deposit
announced today that, following results from a recent drill programme, it has classified its Blue Moon prospect in Victoria, Australia after a new gold discovery.
The drill, completed in March, returned significant grades of up to 17.87 g/t gold over 2 metres from 57 metres. The programme’s results indicate that the “sandstone is thicker and the gold grade significantly higher” in the western section of the prospect.
In light of this discovery, the company intends to keep exploring the western portion of its Bailieston gold project, within which Blue Moon is situated.

With the knowledge gained from the RC programme we believe that the gold mineralisation intensifies further west and now have a clear action plan to follow the system.
