GCIEurozone inflation steady in April
Eurozone inflation was unchanged in April, as expected, according to figures released by Eurostat on Friday.
The annual rate of inflation for the block was 2.4%, steady versus March. A year earlier, the rate was 7%.
Meanwhile, annual inflation in the European Union was 2.6% in April, also stable compared to the previous month.
A year earlier, the rate was 8.1%.
