EVR Holdings' MelodyVR featured as Apple's App of the Day
, the creator of VR entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, said that yesterday, MelodyVR was chosen by Apple Inc. (APPL) as its store’s App of the Day.
As a result, MelodyVR was showcased to 30 million IOS users across the UK and Ireland, increasing its app installs by over 2,600% above the daily average.
Having launched its iOS version of the MelodyVR platform earlier this year, the recommendation follows just four months after its release, with CEO, Anthony Matchett labelling it as “a significant endorsement” for the group.
“MelodyVR has an ever widening and passionate user base, and one that we will continue to scale via a series of on-going strategic initiatives,” he said.
EVRH price chartSeparately, MelodyVR has sustained an on-going partnership with ABC as well as launching a successful live VR stream last Wednesday from Good Morning America, America’s number one morning news programme.
As a result of the group’s screening of Good Morning America’s coverage of the Country Music Association Awards, the MelodyVR service was utilised by tens of thousands of users, with a 5% increase of platform installs by the end of the day.
