Clontarf Energy (CLON) provided an operational update on the drilling of the Sasanof-1 exploration well, and said it will issue further updates upon the completion of campaign milestones. The company said the Valaris MS-1 rig has arrived at the Sasanof-1 exploration well location on the Australian North West Shelf. Once anchoring is complete, spudding of the prospective Sasanof-1 well, targeting multi Tcf of gas , will start with jetting of the 36" conductor.

Rockfire Resources (ROCK), the gold and base metal exploration company, announced a maiden Mineral Resource estimate at its 100%-owned Molaoi zinc deposit in Greece. The Mineral Resource has surpassed all expectations and demonstrates the quality and potential of the project. The resource is reported in accordance with the Joint Ore Reserve Committee Australasian Code (2012) for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.

Shanta Gold (SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, provided an exploration update for the West Kenya Project. The company said the latest phase of drilling at West Kenya has continued to deliver outstanding results, ensuring that this remains the most consistently high-grade drilling programme it has ever conducted at any asset in Shanta's history.

Tlou Energy (TLOU) revealed that construction activities for the transmission line to connect the Lesedi Power Project to the Botswana power grid have commenced. The company said It is “great” to have the transmission line work underway in the field. It said it is  firmly on track to becoming a regional power producer in a market with a huge power demand and at a time where worldwide demand for gas and cleaner energy is growing significantly.

IOG  (IOG), the UK gas and infrastructure operator provided a further operational update. It said that over the past month, Blythe and Elgood hydrocarbon liquids (condensate) flowing into the Saturn Banks Reception Facilities (SBRF) slugcatcher have fluctuated considerably, reaching peak levels of up to 1,850bbl/d.

Futura Medical (FUM), a pharmaceutical company, announced it has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Cooper Consumer Health, a European independent self-care organisation, for the rights to commercialise the Company's topical, gel-based Erectile Dysfunction treatment MED3000, throughout the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

CentralNic Group (CNIC), the global internet platform announced its unaudited financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2022.  Both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA have increased year-on-year, driven by a combination of acquisitions and underlying organic growth. Revenue increased by 86% to $156.6m (Q1 2021: USD 84.4m). Organic growth* for the trailing twelve months ending 31 March 2022 of c.53%. Net revenue/ gross profit increased by 43% to $39.9m (Q1 2021: $27.9m). So basically, they are just showing off.

Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT) updated on the current progress of its Bitcoin mining research and development activities. The company said "QBT is addressing an opportunity which represents a step-change for the Bitcoin mining industry. After just one year, QBT is already in a position to start its knowledge-based Bitcoin mining, during the next few months.

Enquest (ENQ) delivered an operations update, with full year guidance unchanged. The company said it remains on track to deliver against its 2022 targets. Performance at Kraken has been strong, with the FPSO continuing to operate with top quartile uptime.

Alkemy Capital Investments (ALK) wholly owned subsidiary Tees Valley Lithium Limited announced that the specifications of the ultra-pure battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide it will produce are higher than the prevailing industry standards. The test work was performed by leading technology provider JordProxa and independently verified by an internationally recognised cathode active material manufacturer.

Oriole Resources (ORR), the AIM-quoted exploration company focussed on West Africa, iupdated on its 90%-owned Central Licence Package in Central Cameroon. The company said "It's great” to see such “good progress” from its early-stage sampling programmes on the eastern CLP prospects. The field crews have been busy with mapping and sample collection trying to cover as much ground as possible before the rains restrict access. 

Condor Gold (CNR) announced significant assay results from the sampling of geotechnical drill holes on the La India Open Pit. These intercepts are located within and between the planned high-grade starter pits and provide additional confidence to the mineral resource in this key area. The company said a wide zone of 34.1 metres true width of good open pit grade gold mineralisation of 2.56 g/t gold from only 2.80 metres drill depth is ideal material as initial mill feed for the permitted processing plant and supports the attractive project economics and 12 month pay back detailed in the PEA technical report filed in October 2021.

Union Jack Oil (UJO) a UK focused onshore hydrocarbon company, said that material landmark net revenues of $6 million have been achieved from the Wressle hydrocarbon development, located within licences PEDL180 and PEDL182 in North Lincolnshire on the western margin of the Humber Basin. Union Jack holds a 40% economic interest in this producing hydrocarbon development.
