Arrow Exploration (AXL), an operator with a portfolio of assets across key Colombian hydrocarbon basins, announced the filing of its Annual Audited Financial Statements and MD&A for the year and quarter-ended December 31, 2021 and the filing of its 2021 year-end reserve report. The Company's Year-End 2021 Company Gross Reserves Highlights include  3,048 Mboe of Proved Reserves, 7,421 Mboe of Proved plus Probable Reserves and 11,541 Mboe of Proved plus Probable plus Possible Reserves.

Galileo Resources (GLR) updated on the commencement of exploration at the lithium and gold projects in Southwest Zimbabwe, which are the subject of an $1.5million earn-in agreement as announced by the Company on 7 March 2022. The company said the Kamativi Lithium Project is adjacent to the Kamativi tin mine which hosts a substantial lithium tailings Resource, mainly in the form of spodumene which is the most sought-after lithium mineral. Primary lithium grades at the Kamativi mine could well be higher than reported in tailings.

Ascent Resources (AST), the energy and natural resources company, provided an update on developments in Slovenia and on its ECT/BIT claim funding. Due to changes in Slovenia law the company said it does now not expect to complete certain workstreams relating to the permits and applications to re-stimulate the PG-10 and PG-11A wells. However, material progress has been made in relation to completing the binding damages based agreement against Slovenia, and its JV continues to produce gas and condensate from wells in the concession area which is sold domestically to local industrial buyers.

AfriTin Mining (ATM), an African tech-metals mining company,  announced the results of its internally produced Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Phase 2 expansion of the company's flagship polymetallic asset, the Uis Mine. The company said this PEA shows outstanding economics and returns for the expansion and allows it to move forward with “excitement” to a full bankable feasibility.

Altus Strategies (ALS) announced Reverse Circulation drilling results from the Lone Wolf prospect at the Tabakorole gold project located in southern Mali. Altus holds a 2.5% Net Smelter Return royalty and a 30% equity interest in the Project. Exploration activities at Tabakorole are being funded by Marvel Gold Limited under its Joint Venture with Altus. The drilling was designed to test the potential to extend the Tabakorole deposit on which a Mineral Resource Estimate has been modelled.

United Oil & Gas (UOG"), the oil and gas company, announced its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2021. The company said it has much to look forward to in 2022, with the five-well drilling campaign in Egypt which has had a “great start” with the successful ASD-2 development well and the recent spudding of the ASD-1X exploration well.

Bushveld Minerals (BMN), the AIM quoted integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage solutions provider, provided an operational update for the three months ending 31 March 2022. The company said it was reporting a strong start to the 2022 financial year, with another solid set of quarterly operating results.

Keras Resources (KRS) announced that, post securing 100% of Falcon Isle Resources LLC and Falcon Isle Holdings LLC on 30 March 2022, which owns the high-grade Diamond Creek organic phosphate mine, the Company intends to raise a total of £1,950,000 at a price of 0.12p.

Panther Metals (PALM) the company focused on mineral exploration in Canada, has submitted an Exploration Permit application for an additional three drill prospects at the Company's Obonga Project located on the Obonga Greenstone Belt in northern Ontario. The application has been submitted in collaboration with Broken Rock Resources Ltd, and concerns planned work within 45 Single Cell Mining Claims in the Puddy Lake administrative area.

Live Company Group (LVCG) has signed a new contract for BRICKLIVE Paddington. The contract is with the Paddington Now BID and it will be based in Norfolk Square Gardens, London W2 and it runs from Saturday 23 July to Sunday 31st July.

Shanta Gold (SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, announced its production and operational results for the quarter ended 31 March 2022, for its East African assets, including New Luika Gold Mine and Singida Project in Tanzania and West Kenya Project in Kenya. The company said that mining began at the high-grade Bauhinia Creek Crown Pillar at New Luika one month ahead of schedule. With the initial ore being mined at the expected grades of 8 g/t, it is confident that its 2022 guidance of 68-76 Koz has been significantly de-risked.

Zephyr Energy (ZPHR), the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company,  announced the results from an updated Competent Person's Report on its assets in the Paradox Basin, Utah, U.S.  The CPR was compiled by Sproule International Limited, an independent global energy consulting and advisory firm.

Hydrogen Utopia International (HUI), a company pioneering non-recyclable waste plastics to hydrogen technology, has reached an agreement with Trifol Resources Limited in the Republic of Ireland which it anticipates will lead to its first operational full scale waste plastic to hydrogen facility in Europe. HUI is in discussions with a third party in relation to a joint venture to build the HUI facility in Ireland.
