Rogue Baron continues to grow its global footprint and product portfolio as it acquires premium vodka producer Eight Vodka. The acquisition will add a new product range as well as distillation and distribution facilities to Rogue Baron's asset base.

The acquisition builds on a strong FY23 that saw continued expansion and balance sheet growth via two £50k fundraising rounds. Moreover, in March 2024 Rogue Baron announced a substantial US$1m cash injection into its wholly-owned subsidiary Shinju Spirits from a US-based institutional investor. The investment comprises US$750k in cash and US$250k in business enhancement services, aimed at boosting sales of Shinju Japanese Whisky, the subsidiary's flagship brand.

The investment and partnership significantly derisked Shinju Spirits and parent Rogue Baron, positioning the latter for continued expansion as evidenced by today's release. AQSE-listed Rogue Baron retains 60.5% ownership in Shinju following the investment.
