Silverbullet announces new deals with Heineken and Greene King worth £1.7m

Silverbullet (SBDSFollow | SBDS, a provider of AI-driven digital marketing services, announced new contract wins and renewals worth £1.7m in total with brewers Heineken and Greene King.

As Heineken's data services partner, Silverbullet will serve as a multi-regional resource for 1st-party data services, overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive customer data strategy. Silverbullet said it is working with Heineken to support business and technical client stakeholders in the design, deployment, and measurement of data-driven consumer experiences, leveraging their existing marketing and advertising technology stacks.

For Greene King, Silverbullet will be providing architects, engineers and subject matter experts to ensure that existing marketing technology is well integrated within the company's digital ecosystem as well as Greene King's brick and mortar real estate. The objective will be to deliver highly personalised communications to customers by leveraging profile and behavioural data to improve customer experience.

Silverbullet announces £1.7m worth of new contracts and renewals, underscoring the fast growth of 1st party data-driven digital marketing across global brands. Being signed by multinational brewers Heineken and Greene King to lead customer growth is testament to the quality and effectiveness of Silverbullet's AI-driven data utilisation strategy.

The contracts build on Silverbullet's existing relationships with both companies. SBDS has worked with Heineken over the past few years to develop a Centre for Excellence, which supports the major operating companies within the Heineken Group globally, including in the UK, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, and Ireland.

The contract with pub retailer and brewer Greene King was extended from last year's deal whereby Silverbullet has leveraged its AI and digital strategy to enhance Greene King's operations. Specifically, Silverbullet has worked with the brewer to implement technology that enables enhanced personalisation for its customers and supports the growth of its digital transformation initiative.

Other notable clients of Silverbullet include Sony, Mars and ITV who continue to adopt more services from the company as it rolls out its 4D generative AI product. Silverbullet also has partnerships with Salesforce, Treasure Data (a Softbank-owned software platform), and joint ventures with Google reseller Making Science and global media agency network Local Planet. On the back of these relationships and newly announced contracts, the company has strong momentum into Q2.

SBDS shares jumped 6% on the news.
