Totally Awarded Key NHS Contract Extension Valued at £13 Million

This extension, valued at approximately £13 million per annum, will continue Totally’s role in providing national contingency support for the NHS 111 service, a crucial component of the UK’s healthcare infrastructure. The contract, initially set at around £10 million per annum, was first announced on 16 January 2023. The extension, effective from 16 February 2024, marks a substantial increase in value and commitment, reflecting the growing demand for NHS 111 services.
